The service

Rosidence provides a web portal and mobile app for managing estates. Estates subscribe to a plan; residents and staff use the service free of charge at their estate's invitation.

Accounts

Keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You must give accurate information, including when verifying your identity. Estates may require identity verification before granting full access.

Dues and payments

Your estate sets dues, levies and late fees — not Rosidence. Online payments are processed by our licensed payment processor; the estate's share is collected on the estate's behalf and paid out to the estate's nominated bank account, and a platform fee may apply. Questions about an amount owed are for your estate's management. Refunds are made by the estate.

Subscriptions

Estate plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance after any free trial, plus the transaction fee on online payments shown on the pricing page. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended after notice; estate data is kept for 90 days after cancellation and can be exported.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, attempts to access other estates' data, or interference with the platform. The panic button is for genuine emergencies.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Rosidence is not responsible for security incidents in an estate or for decisions made by estate management. Our liability to an estate is limited to the fees it paid in the previous twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
